 Occasionally you may notice that some of the posts by one or more of your contacts are suddenly showing up as "New" or "No Subject", instead of the posted Title on your Message Board. It may also happen to you. This can sometimes occur during or after minor maintenance on Multiply.
Sometimes you may have problems with your Message Board updating also. (Older posts showing but not new ones) Or even blank pages.
Usually it will clear up quickly, and sometimes just by clicking on this "NEW" post, or refreshing your Message Board page clears it up. Sometimes just clearing your cache files will clear it up if your pages aren't updating automatically with your browser.Occasionally though, when it doesn't seem to clear up, you may need to contact Customer Service to make them aware that it is an issue on your message board. But don't hit the panic button first. Try clearing your temporary and cache files, and give it a chance to settle down during these minor maintenance times. If however you notice it is not clearing up or getting worse, after approximately 12 to 24 hours, then contact Customer Service and just let them know you are having these "New Issues" on your message board. Chance are that they are already aware of this issue and are usually already working on it. :)
