The answer will depend on
what kind of post it is.
If it's a blog post, in the Blog page:

Your_Username.multiply.com/journal
If it's a photo album, in the Photos page:
http://
Your_Username.multiply.com/photos
If it's a video, in the Video page:
http://
Your_Username.multiply.com/video
If it's a music playlist, in the Music page:
http://
Your_Username.multiply.com/music
If it's a link, in the Links page:

Your_Username.multiply.com/links
If it's an event, in the Calendar page:

If it's a review, in the Reviews page:

Replace
Your_Username with your actual Multiply username (userID) or simply use the navigation bar on your page.
The same goes for drafts in groups: look for the section of the kind of post you saved as draft and you will find it. When you do, you can either delete the post or edit and then publish.
PS: draft posts are always private, what means that no one but the author will be able to see it until it's published.

Rolled out together with the new
Premium service and the AutoUploader, you can also manage your posts with the brand-new Media Locker. It also lists all your draft posts, you you can either edit/publish or simply delete them:
