Some times there is a problem uploading files to a new photo album and later you find out that you have more photo albums than you actually have. These 'ghost' albums can be easily removed if you add a pic to them. If you can find them in the list while uploading a new pic, do this:
- upload any pic to an existing album
- open that album and edit it
- click on the Move photos to another album link that can be found below the pics
- move the newly uploaded pic to the 'ghost' album (some times it is listed as a blank name album)
- click on the OK button in the bottom of the page
The empty album should now be visible in your Photos page, so you can open the entry and delete it.
If you cannot move a photo to the empty album, try navigating to it from your Inbox or using the previous/next link on your current posts, or even changing the number of the album in your browser's location bar, for instance:
http://Your_Username.multiply.com/photos/album/8
If you can open the post, then you should be able to use the delete link in order to delete it.
If you the above don't help, contact Multiply's Customer Service (look for a link on the right rail >>>>) and give them as much info as you can so they can fix it for you.
