Multiply User Support

It usually happens when the user add a broken HTML code to a post, trying to add an image, slideshow, music, video, etc. Always make sure it's the correct and full code before publishing a post. You can hit the Preview button to make a test before publishing.

In this example, the user wants to edit a post in the Reviews section, but the procedure is basically the same for any kind of post.

You can try this:

- Go to another entry and copy the edit URL, something like:
http://YourUsername.multiply.com/reviews/compose/15?usertoken=xxx=&xurl=%2Freviews

- open the post you want to edit and paste the code you've copied on you browser location bar but do not press enter yet

- replace the entry number (marked in bold above) with the entry number you want to edit. In this case, you want to edit the entry 32. It will look like this:
http://YourUsername.multiply.com/reviews/compose/32?usertoken=xxx=&xurl=%2Freviews

- hit the ENTER key and edit the post, removing all the HTML code, leaving just plain text.

If you don't have another problem in your page then you should be able to delete it or edit the post normally again. And use Firefox if you don't: it works better and is safer overall:
http://getfirefox.com

PS: to delete the post it's basically the same steps, but instead of a common URL (http://...) it's a JavaScript code. No problem: copy it to your browser's Location bar, change the entry number to reflect the one you want to remove and press ENTER. You should see a confirmation dialog to delete. This also works in the Guestbook page.
