Blog EntryRetrieving Messages to Customer ServiceMar 2, '08 4:46 PM
by Luiz Felipe for everyone
If you want to retrieve the messages you sent to Customer Services (either requesting help, reporting bugs or reporting abuse) for some reason, use this URL:
http://multiply.com/mail?mail:show_type=inquiries

You may want to bookmark it in your browser since there is no way to save it as a custom filter for your Inbox (for more info about custom filters and other tips about your Inbox, take a look at this post).

While at the subject, some useful guidelines when contacting Multiply's Customer Service:
  • send only one message per issue. Sending more messages will only make the response slower. They usually reply in a couple of days;
  • give them as much info as you can about the issue to make their work easier, this way they will get back to you sooner, and probably already with the answer you need;
  • never disclose other users' info or your own in public, if you need/want to do it, send it directly to Customer Service, never in a public post on your page or in a group.

Blog EntryPosting In ANY HELP GroupNov 25, '07 1:03 PM
by Linda for everyone
1.  TITLING YOUR POST

Please do NOT title your Questions with "HELP" or "QUESTION" or any other vague title like that.  Everyone needs help or has a question.  You must title your Question with the SUBJECT of your Questions.   There's been a rash of these posts titled like this, not just at this group but the other Help Groups as well.  And many are ignoring those posts. No subject generates no interest to help.

The options the admins have for these mistitled posts are to ask in the thread AND send a PM to you to retitle AND INCLUDING the link for you to do so.   This is TOO much work for admins to do!   So the other option is to delete the question altogether including any replies (which you may or may not have seen yet).

Vague titles not only get ignored and/or some refuse to reply that actually have the answer, but the post becomes TOTALLY useless to everyone else that needs or searches for the answer.  Help groups are to help everyone, and not as a "one on one" only.

So TITLE your question with the subject, for instance  - not just "music" but "can't upload music".   Just don't post your entire long question in the title.   I've seen that too.

2.  SEARCH

There is rarely a question that hasn't already been answered.  There is a Search feature on the HOMEPAGE of this group.  Use that first.  Yes, you will probably get a lot of search hits but the answer is there!  And usually within the first five or so hits on that page.  Search using phrases, not just a single word.  Refine your search.  For instance, not just "music" but "can't upload music".

Admins and other users use the same tools you use to find the links to threads for you to read.  So if we can do it and paste the link to it, you can just as easily find it too.  I do suggest looking down the blog list first (currently FAQ's are listed there and are all showing on the homepage)  You can also use the tag boxes on the homepage that will take you to the different blog items, depending on the tag/subject of the FAQ.

There will be questions of course, or questions that may or may not apply to a previous post.  We welcome those questions.  But all members can see a question and know right off the bat if they've seen it here before (asked over and over).  So all we are asking is that you search first.  If your question is different or new or you honestly can't find the right answer, then post your question in notes and we'll be glad to help.

Remember... Look at the blog titles on the homepage first.  Use the tag boxes on the homepage here for them if you need to.  Then use the search feature on the homepage here.  Because this is exactly what everyone else does to answer your question.

(Another quick search is to click on blog or notes in the nav bar of the homepage here, and you will see all the titles in table view)

NOTE:  The "SEARCH" at the very top of the page will also find questions and answers in all the groups, and not just this one.  If you aren't sure to which group your question may apply, try that feature.

Thanks for your cooperation, and remember.. this applies to all of the HELP groups in the right rail as well ------------------------------------------------------------->

Blog EntryNO Posting Of User Names or User ID's.Nov 21, '07 8:13 PM
by Linda for everyone
No Posting Of OTHER'S  User Name or User ID at THIS GROUP.

...... Please do not post OTHER'S User Name or User ID's here when posting about an issue WITH someone else.  If you have an issue that involves another User ID or User name (even if you think it's just a spammer) do not post the actual User ID or name at this group.

.......State your issue and do not include the User's Name and ID.   We don't allow anyone (either intentionally or unintentionally) to be slandered or bashed in this group, and if we allow User names and User ID's to be posted, then this will inevitibly happen.

If it's spam, please report it immediately to Customer Service using the "Report Abuse" link under their headshot.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Blog EntryPOSTING To This Group!Oct 21, '07 4:41 AM
by Linda for everyone

1. Post questions in the Notes section ONLY from the homepage here.

2. Title your question with the subject of your problem (Please don't use the word "Help")

3. Your answer may
already be here! Look in the Blog titles and Notes titles first before posting.

4. No expletives please! This includes intentional misspelling or substituting symbols in what is considered "bad language". Having to delete a message or reply because of language, causes your problem not to be addressed, as it takes too much time to repost and edit it.

5. No "all caps" please, unless you are visually impaired (please let us know so that replies can be in all caps also)

6. When addressing a problem that includes another user or site on Multiply other than your own, please do not name names. The problem can be addressed without that information.

7.  Be NICE at all times when posting or replying.  If it's not nice, just don't say it.

8. MOST important - Please start a new thread in NOTES rather than post your question as a reply to another thread UNLESS it is directly related to the subject of that thread AT the time of the original post. (This is sometimes called "hijacking a thread" when you tack on another question unrelated to the original one)

IF your question is about an issue you are having NOW, and though it was an issue someone else was having three weeks ago... It won't be noticed as a CURRENT issue if you tag it onto another thread. Post it as a New Question after viewing the replies in the older post for a possible answer.

Remember to JOIN to stay updated on some of the latest information regarding Multiply! Multiply is constantly growing and changing for the better, and we want you to have the latest developments and the ability to maneuver easily through all these great changes :)

Feel free to post a link to this group on your personal sites and groups also.

Blog EntryGroup Requests (UPDATED)Aug 29, '07 9:49 PM
by Luiz Felipe for everyone
Please read this in it's entirety!

Since there are so many new members, it's time to update and clarify requests so this group (and other help groups) can continue to run more efficiently.  This helps all members and admins when trying to assist others quickly, with as little delay as possible.

Please take the time to review the following:

1.  Title posts with the subject of your question (In Notes Only Please).  Please don't use the word "Help" or "Question" in your subject line.  Be short, but specific so those that can help, will, and as quickly for you as possible.

2.  Refrain from nuisance replies (added lol's, etc) that give no additional information. These only cause a thread to continue on and on, long after it's closed. This causes a lot of work for admins and members to have to keep looking at a thread with new, but useless replies.

3.  Refrain from continuing to answer a thread that has been asked and answered successfully, and the problem is fixed.  This means, you need to read all replies first, to realize this.  Once someone returns and replies that the problem is fixed, no further issues need to be addressed on that thread.  Also please note the date on posts.  Many that are being re-answerd are actually much older posts with no further replies needed.

4.  Always come back and reply if you posted a question.  Let us know that your question was answered successfully or if you still have a problem.  Open threads like that help no one.  It's a lot of work to pm each poster, thread by thread, to come back and give us an update.  All Q & A's are here to help everyone, and not just the original poster.  Thank you's are always appreciated by everyone.

5.  Refrain from argumentative or combative replies.  They are pointless, unnecessary and will only be deleted.  Be KIND in all posts and replies!

6.  PLEASE look for your answers before posting.  The blog section has tutorials and answers to questions that admins have addressed specifically.  The Notes section has most answers already there, so take the time to scroll through these sections.  Many current and regular questions are kept on the homepage for you to find at a glance.  There are many valuable posts in the Blog sections, so when you have time, please look through there for future reference!

7.  Make sure you are in the right group for your question.  Always post from the homepage of a group, and not by hitting POST from another page.  Groups clarify their purpose on the homepage, with posting instructions.   (For instance, this group is not for modification or customization questions.)

9.  Please post new questions as a new Thread in Notes.  Tacking on or hijacking a thread with a different topic only causes your question to be completely overlooked and go unanswered.  We find many of those here.  Be as clear as possible with your questions and your replies so we don't have to ask for clarification.

10.  If you read this post in it's entirety, you will realize, there is no number 8.

Blog EntryNON COMMERCIAL Use OnlyMay 11, '07 9:43 PM
by Linda for everyone

Non Commercial Use ONLY

This is to address the following issues:

1. Multiply accounts which are created and used for commercial and/or business endeavors (particularly for the purpose of selling merchandise).

2. Harvesting of Multiply ID's and/or email addresses for the purpose of inviting Users for customers.

3. Sending repeated invites (after being declined) and spamming public groups with links to a Multiply site being used for this purpose.

In short, you can't do this. If you are using Multiply for this reason, you need to stop. You may contact Customer Service regarding any questions you may have, but read the terms thoroughly.

If you as a user, receive any invites from a site like this that is trying to harvest you as a customer, then report them immediately. If a Multiply site operating as a commercial or business site spams your group, you need to report them to CS, and then Admins need to make sure they delete that member from their group so they don't spam again until Multiply can address the report. (And they are usually very quick about it)

Everyone's cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Blog EntryBEFORE YOU POST (Do's & Don'ts)May 8, '07 7:52 PM
by Linda for everyone
PLEASE be kind to those trying to assist with any questions you might have by following the guidelines below, in this and other groups on Multiply.

First and foremost, please look for the answers to your problem in the BLOG first. This is where many tutorials are posted in detail. Then check the NOTES to see if the question has already been asked and answered. The answer may already be there.

Please read the welcome area at each group first, before posting, so you know you are at the right group. Do not use the POST button on the top of your pages to throw up posts willy nilly. Find out what group you should be in, where that group wants you to post to and what the purpose of that group is. This information is usually found in the Welcome Area or readily available and linked to on the homepages. Some groups actually hide sections because they are not to be used. And if you post in the proper group, then less time is spent redirecting you.

Please do not double or triple post the same question in the same group or all the groups at once. Most of us are members of the same groups, and we only need to see the question once, in one place. If it's posted in more than one place, then all tend to get ignored and replies can't flow in an order to assist you.

Please do not type in mixmatched font (UpPeR aNd LoWeR cAsE LeTtErs) either in the title of your post or in the content area. It's too hard to read, and will usually be ignored by those that can really assist you. Please post in a professional manner.

Please, do not use HELP or any version of that as a title! Correctly title your question with what the problem is. Everyone needs to look for an answer before asking a question. And answers can't be found with that title.

When replying, please read ALL the replies in the thread first. Sometimes the correct answer is further up, or the foundation for further assistance is further up also. Maybe the problem is already fixed !

MOST importantly, the poster may have already been referred to another group that is specifically for their problem. So no need to add replies if the poster has been informed they are posting at the wrong group.

Be kind in your posts and your replies! Address the question and answers. NOTHING else. Groups are not a place for personal issues. If the purpose of your reply isn't to address the question with a solution or similar problem, then a reply is not necessary. Everyone, both admins and members volunteer their time here and the other groups to help everyone. So respect for the group itself is first and foremost, and the group is members who have questions and need answers. Remember, everyone sitting at a computer is a real person.

Please don't hijack a thread. That means, if you have a question also, especially a different one, start a new post! Don't put another unrelated question in the same thread. There's no way for other members to find answers if you do.

Sometimes a word may need to be italized or bolded, or capped or quoted to emphasize as a way of further explaining. However,
please don't type in all caps. Online this is the equivalent of shouting and is very offensive. If however, you are visually impaired and need to type in all caps, please mention that, and that you need the replies in all caps also. Members are always willing to accomodate! :)

If there is a language barrier problem, do the best you can and feel free to mention that. There are many multilingual people on Multiply that may be able to assist you or translate. And if you wish to reply yet there appears to be a language barrier, feel free to ask for further clarification.

Please return, and in your thank you, let everyone know what worked to fix your problem. That helps everyone. Sometimes it's more than one thing that works, and sometimes none. Which means someone can further assist you or redirect you for help. Sometimes it's something else you find that works that wasn't mentioned in the replies. So always come back to the post and let everyone know if your problem was resolved!

If you have any questions about this or other topics, please title accordingly and post >>> HERE

THANKS ! Your assistance is greatly appreciated! :)

by Linda for everyone
GUIDELINES TO SAFEGUARD YOUR MULTIPLY ACCOUNT (Subject to Change)

To avoid having your Multiply Account at risk for cancellation, below are just a few of the simple guidelines that will assist you in keeping your Multiply account safe, and the most REPORTED reasons an account is cancelled for.

1. Age Requirement - You must be 13 or older to have a Multiply account. This means also, that Multiply users who are parents should not set up accounts for their children unless they meet this age requirement. Multiply reserves the right to cancel not only children's accounts, but anyone setting up an account for children not meeting this age requirement. So don't put your own account at risk.
(Supervision of children's accounts that do meet the age requirement is also strongly suggested.)

2. Adult Content - Most don't realize that Adult Content is not just images. It includes posted or embedded images, videos, links within and outside Multiply, tags, and WORDS or WORDING, and other content deemed adult and at Multiply's sole discretion.

NOTE: Adult content is allowed in CURRENT Private Groups in the ADULT category ONLY and you must be 18 years of age or older to access these groups.

-----------------------------------

UPDATE FROM MULTIPLY: MARCH 26TH, 2007

"Multiply removed the Adult category from groups. Existing Adult groups won't be removed, and per our Terms of Service they remain the only places where adult content may be posted on Multiply. As has always been the case, any hint of child exploitation - posted anywhere - will be reported to law enforcement.

We originally introduced the Adult category in groups because, while Multiply was not (and is not) intended as an Adult site, we did not want to censor our users and this was a way to allow Adult content while keeping it safely hidden from minors and anyone else who did not want to see it.

However, as time has gone on, the abuses of our Terms of Service stemming from Adult content have taken up enough of our customer service resources that we felt we needed to do something about it. Again, Multiply is not, and has never been an Adult site. We have created the best possible way for people to share their lives with friends and family on-line, and our focus needs to be 100% on improving that core service.

As stated, existing Adult groups won't be removed, but going forward we won't be devoting any new resources to this area. "

NOTE: EXISTING ADULT GROUPS are locked as adult, and the category cannot be changed.

-----------------------------

3. Adult Content Headshots - Most don't realize that your Headshot (logo) shows not only on your homepage which is open to the general public, but on the message boards in your network, on every post or reply you've ever made, and ALSO in the Viewing History of every page you've ever been to. And when you change your headshot, it changes in all those places at the same time. So keep headshots and logos clean at all times!

4. Spamming - Multiply has zero tolerance for spamming and has safeguards in place to protect accounts and groups from being spammed. However, spammers create new tricks every day to try to get around these. So occasionally it gets through. Multiply deletes Spammer accounts very quickly, and it shows the user name as xxxx once deleted. (though the thread may still be there awaiting deletion by a group admin) No need to report spam if you see this as the user name, as it as already been taken care of. However, contact customer service immediately with the link to the spammers page, and the link to the threads that were spammed if the account is showing active. It's OUR Multiply. Let's all take care of it.

NOTE: SPAM can take many forms. So please be cautious in posting links to your Multiply site or group to another multiply site or group as a way of getting new contacts or group members. It is wise to get expressed permission by a site or group admin before linking to your site or group.

5. Flooding - Repeated malicious postings at the same or multiple sites, same thread or multiple threads. This constitutes malicious conduct.

6. Commercial Use - Multiply is a free service for the personal use of individual members only and not to be used for any commercial reason. Put simply, don't open a store on Multiply OR open a Multiply account for the purpose of linking to a commercial site!

7. ID Harvesting & PM Spamming - Don't use Multiply's free service to harvest email addresses or Multiply ID's for the purpose of spamming. Don't allow anyone else to sign into your account for that purpose either. (Protect your password)

8. Soliciting funds or funding for any reason, either commercial or non-profit. Just don't ask for money from other members for any reason.

9.
Copyrights and Trademarks - You may not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. (PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ESPECIALLY REFERS TO MUSIC, even Music set to "contacts only") Please read TERMS at the bottom of your page.

Accepting the Terms of Service during the setup of our account is the contract we sign with Multiply. This is just a few suggestions and is not inclusive. For more information and details, please review the TOS, in the right rail or click on "Terms" at the bottom of every Multiply page.

Please help keep Multiply safe and help Multiply keep you safe as well!

Blog EntryHotlinking and Bandwidth Theft SimplifiedMar 25, '07 9:34 PM
by Linda for everyone
Hotlinking and Bandwidth Theft Simplified

Bandwidth refers to the amount of data transferred from a web site to a user's computer. When you view a web page, you are using that site's bandwidth to display the files. Since web hosts charge based on the amount of data transferred, bandwidth is an issue. If a site is over its monthly bandwidth, it's billed for the extra data or taken offline.

Laymans terms:
Copying and pasting ANY graphic from ANY site other than your own is hotlinking and bandwidth theft unless you have permission from the site owner and creator to do so.

When you copy and paste someone's images from another site to your page, you are using their bandwidth...this means you are costing someone money! If their bandwidth is exceeded, not only will they have to pay more for their images to show up in the future on their own site---but you will start seeing red x's or "image not found" messages wherever you have copied and pasted the image. And we have all seen that here at Multiply. Usually though because someone has hosted somewhere else, and then used the image here. (That's why I always recommend hosting your Multiply images at Multiply and then that doesn't happen)

What can happen to you if you hotlink?? Most websites do NOT allow hotlinking (again they are paying for that space) And they do have several options to take action against you. They can tell where their image is being displayed, and by whom and take action accordingly. If I was paying for a site and the bandwidth, and I found someone was intentionally hotlinking my images without permission, the first thing I would do is delete the image they hotlinked--put a new image with the exact same file name with a message..that way everywhere they copied and pasted the image--they would see that message and NOT the image they planned on. If you were expecting a particular image to show in your post or page, and it actually does at first... and then later on before you realize it, a different image appeared that included the words "image stolen - shame on me" ,you would think twice about doing it again, right?

I have seen this on someone's page here on Multiply! And a lot of other people saw it before the Multiply user did and got it off there. lol (Sorry, but it WAS funny and I knew what happened) Though the intent was not malicious, the results were the same. The person just didn't know! They just copy and pasted an entire page that included an image without realizing... you can't do that without permission!!

Hotlinking and bandwidth theft is NEVER the right thing to do...NEVER. If you see an image on a site that you want, first make sure the site is giving you permission to snag the images--and secondly, save it to your computer FIRST. Then YOU host it in an album, here or other image hosting site that you are a member of and use it from there.

How can you tell if an image has been hotlinked?? Yes, even you can tell!
You can right click on any image and hit Properties..and that gives you the HTTP address of where the image is hosted.

In the case of Multiply photos that are shared, its may be a little trickier to tell if its been copied and pasted, but the same thing applies. Right click, properties and if the image ends in the same letters/numbers as the original image--then its been hotlinked.

So please don't hotlink to my images without permission - or instead of the image you think you are using, you just might see this later in it's place.... LOL

SAVE the image to your computer first and host it yourself!

There are exceptions to the rule of bandwidth theft though. If I hotlink (with permission of
course) by copying and pasting something that includes an image from a Multiply page TO a Multiply page, then I'm not stealing your bandwidth nor costing Multiply extra money. I'm still hotlinking, (with permission) but I'm not stealing bandwidth. Because it's all within the same Service. However, if they pull their image, then my pasted image disappears also. I'd rather take the extra step to keep my content's appearance!

NOTE: Multiply currently allows photos to be hosted on Multiply and used on other sites. They do however, mark or watermark these photos with the Multiply logo.

Blog EntryHow to NOT be a Spammer on MultiplyMar 24, '07 8:47 AM
by Dan for everyone
Multiply welcomes many kinds of users, but there are a few types of behavior it doesn't welcome. These are described in the Terms of Service, under "Content Posted on the Multiply Site," where Multiply makes it clear that your posting access can be limited, or your account can be deleted entirely, for (among other things):

• "Junk mail," "chain letters," unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming."
• Commercial advertising or sales anywhere on the site without prior consent.
• Personal advertising or solicitation anywhere except your Marketplace.

Chain Letters (not exactly spam)

Ever get an e-mail that told a story or a joke or talked about a get-rich-quick scheme, and at the end, said to forward it to other people? That's a chain letter. Multiply prohibits them. But there's a better way! If you see something on Multiply you just have to share with all your friends here, just find the share link right below it, and a couple clicks later, you'll have a new link from your site to it.

It's a lot easier than making a whole new copy - both for you, and for Multiply. And besides, your Mom always told you to share, didn't she?

Mass mailing, spam, ads, and all that

Spamming gets its name from a skit on Monty Python's Flying Circus, in which a man and his wife discover that the café they've visited for breakfast won't serve them anything without Spam, and a group of Vikings seated at the next table sing about Spam at the mere mention of it, drowning out any other conversation. It's the disruption or drowning out of conversation that carried over to the Internet.

Spamming is the act of sending (originally via e-mail, but now by almost any means) unsolicited messages that are disruptive due to being irrelevant or in bulk. It's usually done (like so many things in life) by someone who's trying to make money.  Some call it "flooding" if it's just done to cause trouble, with no profit motive.

Examples of spam and not-spam

Let's say that like everyone else here on Multiply, you're either an intriguing international spy or a superhero. You're clever, beautiful, and always in the thick of the action. But you're not just like everyone else - no, there are things that make you unique! Like your hobbies.

You collect antique Hummel figurines you find at yard sales, and when you find you have extras, you photograph them and sell them on eBay. You also have a keen interest in historical forms of punishment, and use your skill at woodworking and metalcraft to make some very nice pillories with styling updated to match today's decor, which you sell to others who have an interest in such things. As far as you know, you're the only person with both these hobbies. (Your arch-enemy secretly enjoys them too, but you don't know that... yet!)

One day, you discover to your delight that there's a new Multiply group about pillories! Sensing an opportunity to find some new customers, you join the group. There are a few things you can do, some of which are spam, and some of which aren't. Let's begin with the ones that aren't spam, since this is about how not to be a spammer:
  • Posting a link to your personal Marketplace on Multiply, which contains photos of pillories you have for sale, is not spam. It's relevant and non-bulk.
  • Describing your hobby/business in response to someone else asking is not spam. It's solicited.
  • Mentioning your hobby/business in a reply in the course of normal conversation is not spam. It's relevant and not disruptive.
So what about the things that are spam? Well:
  • Replying to every post with a mention of your hobby/business is spam: it's bulk, and disruptive.
  • Telling everyone in the pillories group that you sell antique Hummel figurines is (or at least will be perceived as) spam: it's irrelevant.
  • Sending each member of the group a private message about your hobby/business is spam: it's bulk.
Are there grey areas? Yes - a big one: Multiply prohibits advertising things anywhere but your own marketplace, but groups can have marketplace areas too. The creators of a group about collectibles might encourage users to post ads in its marketplace.

Three Simple Tips

A few quick rules of thumb for staying out of trouble on Multiply (and in life in general):
  1. Think. (Hey, it never hurts.)
  2. Put things where they belong. Just like you don't leave your marbles on the stairs, don't leave your ads places other than your marketplace. This is one of Multiply's rules, so it's a good idea to follow it.
  3. Instead of copying, link or share - selectively. Once you've posted an ad on your own marketplace, just post links to your marketplace from other places on your own site, in replies to those who ask, and in the "links" section of the one or two most relevant, most active groups on the subject. Posting links in 30 groups with 3 members each is really a waste of your time anyway.
Already in Trouble?

If you're reading this because you logged in and found that your posting privileges have already been restricted because something you did triggered Multiply's anti-spam mechanisms, don't worry - they've been known to give second chances. You'll need the help of Multiply's Customer Service department. Send them a single personal message with a subject making it clear that your account has been restricted, and explain what's happened in it. If you haven't heard back within a day or two, don't send another - instead, find the message among the personal messages you've sent, and add a reply to it asking for a response.

Blog EntryRight Rail / Google AdsMar 18, '07 7:45 AM
by Linda for everyone
You may discover that in landing on some of the homepages at Multiply, two things. Not only are there no google ads in the right rail under the headshot, but some of the people here have been able to customize their right rail also.

Originally Multiply offered paid subscriptions and those members were granted access to customizing their right rail. However, when Multiply went to all FREE accounts, new members no longer have this option. Previous members however retained this feature. That's not to say that Paid subscriptions won't be coming back! But for now that is not an issue being addressed by Multiply.

Google Ads pay the Multiply bills. So they are necessary,to keep this great service up and running and FREE to all members.

Attempts to alter google ads on your Multiply site can result in loss of your Multiply account. So let's allow Multiply pay it's bills on time and enjoy all the great services offered for FREE. :)

Welcome to the Multiply User Support Group!

This group is maintained by users and has a simple objective: to help you to obtain the most out of Multiply.

If you have doubts on how to use Multiply, here is the place where you will find answers!

Of course, we don’t know everything! So, there comes the idea of having users helping users! If you know something about Multiply that other users don’t, answer them! Experienced users helping others to be experienced users in the future. It is a perfect loop.

If you have a doubt, search first through the available posts. You should look on our Tutorials & FAQ’s (Blog) and on Questions & Answers (Notes). Also, you should try hitting the FAQ links in the group's main page. It will guide you to specific help topics. By doing that, you may find your answers right away!

If you still have a doubt, post a note to the group. Write a title that describes briefly, what you are asking, it will help other users to find it when they have the same doubt. Please, don’t use Blog for questions. Blog’s are meant to have only Tutorials & FAQs and if you post a question there you will be oriented to move it to Notes (Questions & Answers).

If you are an experienced user regarding Multiply and want to contribute with Tutorials(Blog), you are welcome to do so. But please, be sure to write it in a consistent and easy way.

Posts that are not related to how to use Multiply, may be redirected to other groups. Photos, videos, music will be deleted unless it is related to some question. SPAM won’t be tolerated: message will be deleted and user reported.

We hope this group can help you to have a better Multiply experience.
