I'm seeing a lot of x360 peeps saying "I miss my blast" or "wish there was a blast on Multiply."
(For those who aren't from Y360, what they're asking for are these -- see the picture to the right , a blast as seen on 360 profile.)
Now on 360 as you who have used it for a long time know your blast can be used for updates, to direct others to a link, to say hey look at me or even play music if you place an Mp3 as the link. O
f course on 360 your friends will only see your blast if you update it, if someone else on your friends 360 friends list updates, your blast moves down even falls right off the top 5 listed and its not seen at all.
< -- (blasts and updates as seen on 360 Home page)
360 only shows 5 or 10 updates at a time most don't bother looking through all the updates so "blasts" must be constantly updated, if you have used 360 you know you must constantly update or your visitors drop.
Here on Multiply of course everything is one big blast message as you can see. Richard the catman has commented on my Guestbook here on Multiply. when he did that he updated my Multiply blast for me and I appeared on my friends Multiply message board or in 360 terms "Home" page I didn't have to do a thing!! Richard updated my page for me, same with any comments I get they do the exact same thing
Anything that I post myself, anything someone else posts on my multiply page does an update or a "blast".
If I want to put myself at the top of my friends Multiply message board all I do is comment back to comments made to me say "thank you for your reply" or "yes I agree" or even carry on a conversation in my comment section, every time I do I "Blast."
So to those of you x360ites wanting a "Blast message" on Multiply you have one already. Multiply is one big blast message.
Multiply is a BLAST!
Stop asking for a blast message you have one already!

UPDATE: zebaron adds that he uses the title section of his web page for his blast. that way it's not constantly popping up on people's message pages and bugging them, but they see it every time they check out a post on his site.
